Click on Import Files Icon on the dashboard
Select import categories on the left menu
Click on the download icon to down the product category template
Populate the template using the notes below
Return to the import categories page in import files icon and click browse, search for the category template file then click Import
For your convenience, we have provided the templates below. Please download, populate and upload (import) in Costbucket.
Template Notes
Download the template and populate the columns using the following guide
Category Code: Category code should not already exist. example 123, AB123, P001
Category Name: Category name should not have any special characters. Maximum characters allowed is 25.
Stock Type: Stock Type should be populated using the exact words using:
finishedgoods for Finish goods,
rawmaterials for Raw materials,
wage/servicecharge for Wage or Service Charge,
Labour-Internal for Internal labor charge
Overhead-Internal for Internal overhead charge
